During the summer holidays the kids help make pasta. It was a lot of fun but also a lot of HARD WORK. Even the cat enjoyed himself and gorged a ball ofpasta that fell off the table. Although it was pretty easy to make it does need tender care an attention. We definitely had system going in the end but were too tired and uninspired the next day for a new round of pasta making.
I checked the Jamie Oliver & Nigella Lawson books and it was pretty clear recipe, 1 egg to 100gr flour & add salt. I had picked up 00 Italian flour and the end result was of course delicious! Not sure when the factory will reopen. Anybody have links or tips for pasta making?
