How to make creamy ice cream with only one ingredient
This one has been doing the rounds on all social media sites and blogs over the past weeks. I only discovered it last week and was instantly tempted to try it out. I got my 10 year daughter on board and a day later we were in the kitchen waiting to see the magic happen before our eyes. The 1 ingredient ice cream recipe is a breeze! Although our food processor stopped half way through the process it recovered it self and thus we watched soft banana ice cream before our eyes.
All very exciting. Also because daughter number 1 was also curious and claimed that she should be the first to try the results of our experiment. To keep it fair we made sure that the ice cream was distributed evenly between us and count to 3.
